All raw materials are carefully selected on the basis of their desired characteristics. The best mixtures of grains are made in order to obtain various types of flour and thus meet the requirements of the market. For this reason, we choose our raw materials from various areas around the world, including Europe, the United States, Australia and Latin America. Within our Group, Transgrain France is the Company tasked with identifying and analysing all raw materials already in the field, following the growth and maturation of plants up to harvesting; thanks to this approach the best cereals are carefully selected from the various areas of procurement. Additionally, the Company selects warehousing and silo facilities for the various products and organises the rational distribution of the supply of cereals at local level.
